Project Description

• John Hart Dam – Offices and Trades Workshops relocation: Relocation of the offices and trades workshops from the dam site to facilitate the John Hart Dam upgrade.
• Trades and Technical Training Centre: Site development and new build of 50,000sq.ft teaching facility for BC Hydro trades and technical personnel.
• Operations Centre Feasibility Study: Feasibility study of existing and possible future building use under Municipality Zoning by-laws.
• Headquarters Improvement: Multi-floor renovations including FF&E fit-out to Edmonds Tower.
• Smart Metering Initiative Glenlyon  Business Park: Tenant improvements to 2 floor, 60,000 sq.ft. building to accommodate additional BC Hydro project teams.
